Computer Requirements and Noise Cancelling Headsets for Webinars

If you are looking to have the best experience when viewing a Webinar here are a few suggestions.  We have also listed the computer and tablet requirements.

Computer speakers and mics are good but they are not always great.  You may want to look at getting a noise cancelling headset. Your ability to hear and listen increases at a low cost.

What equipment do I need to use GoToMeeting?

All you need to start using GoToMeeting are the following:
  • Windows or Mac computer
  • Internet connection (broadband is best)
  • Microphone and speakers (built-in or USB headset)
  • Webcam to use HDFaces video conferencing
Most computers have built-in microphones and speakers, but you will get much better audio quality if you use a headset or handset. You can also make calls on your landline or mobile device.
Hope to see you at a Webinar in the near future,
Denise
